Unified sales channel for all interested research organisations towards all potential industry partners in the entire target region. Future Lab focus is on consultancy to technology transfer offices (TTOs) and research organisations (RO) in supporting them in establishing initial cooperation with SMEs through more “commercial activities”.
Product/ service of the Future Lab for TTO and RO:
- Clearly defined services and products of ROs offered to potential industrial partners (IPs)
- Prepared Sales Catalogues and Flyers of ROs/TTOs to address the potential industrial partner
- Completed initial stages of sales process: establishing the first contact
- Possible, but not necessary, involvement in further steps of the sales process
- Signed Contracts or Orders
Product/ service of the Future Lab for TTO:
- Product: Unified sales channel for all interested research organisations towards all potential industrial partners in the entire target region
- Promotion: through FLAME partner network, later through technology transfer related events
- Place: FLs offer a fixed location where interested individuals can arrange a meeting; however, the preferred mode of operation is at TTOs’ and ROs’ location (and, of course, potential PIs’)
- People: a combination of young, well-trained, goal-oriented individuals and experienced TT experts
- Process: simple, fast, goals-oriented
