FLAME Facilitation Coaches
Facilitation Coaches are enablers and intermediaries between their identified regional actors in the MS&E sector and SME, start-ups, entrepreneurs or spin-offs etc. They contribute to the project´s overall goal by intensifying relations and interactions between the actors by providing them with required information from all regions and facilitating communication between them.
In order to achieve a common view of how Facilitation Coaches have to operate within FLAME network, the nominated Facilitation Coaches attended four training sessions focused on different and specific topics. The training sessions were a fundamental tool to align participant’s ideas about the role of Facilitation Coaches and the management of knowledge transfer project, and to help the Coaches in producing a business model for Future Labs.
